This cozy little gem is close to everything, making it easy to plan your next visit. Lane Street is one block off of the historic Decatur Square making it within walking distance to eateries, shops, and the infamous Decatur Courthouse. You can see the courthouse from the front porch!

There is an enclosed backyard, with access to the driveway on the side of the house. The driveway accommodates two vehicles.

You will have full access to the home, driveway and back yard. Please be courteous of our neighbors as they are permanent residence.

Other things to note
This home was built in the 1930's. There are Original hardwood floors, wood plank boards behind paneling and sheetrock, and stapled wallpaper to ceiling planks under square ceiling tiles. We wanted to retain the history of the home as you will see throughout. You will find original hardwood floor, plank walls, small cast-iron kitchen sink and the original floor-plan. This 900ish square foot home is a gem located in historic downtown Decatur.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
